Hello aspirant,
It's completely okay to feel tired and stressed and now that you recently gave your 10th exams, you must be feeling the same. You do not need to be concerned right away, but if these symptoms persist and are impacting your mental health, you must take action because if you are not careful, it will not only impair your academics but also your future life.
However, you still have two years for preparation, and the NEET exam is only held at centers. I suggest you enjoy the process- Talk to your parents, go for group studies, reschedule your daily routine and try to add activities or sports you like. Once you start incorporating these tips, you will definitely start noticing a change and you yourself will be motivated to get closer to your goal. It's okay if you attempt the exam and do not qualify or get the marks you wanted. You can work on your weak topics and yourself and give it another shot!
All the best, take care!
