You first need to clear your arrears to do a course like btech.You have to be patient at this time.Just plan and prepare.You can join a coaching institute for a better preparation.Solve questions.

I would rather siggest you to clear you arrears by joining coaching Institution.
Because for any graduation course like Btech you need to pass all the subjects .
Meanwhile you can take up any Internship experience into Technology or E-commerce sector with startups or NGOs volunteer experience.
Once, you buikd up work experience you can also get full time job opportunities if your performance is great without need to clear arrears.
But your main aim should be to pass arrears by working on weak areas and solvibg doubts where you find difficulty.
