For App development you need to learn many languages according to the condition and needs, many languages are used in app development like Java, C++, Kotlin, Python, HTML&CSS and some other. You can choose any of these and start you career, there is not any age limit to learn coding you can start just after 10 also.

In most of the apps Java is used widely but now it is replacing by Kotlin, Kotlin is mostly use in Android app development. C++ can be used for Android App Development using the Android Native Development Kit(NDK). You can learn HTML, CSS, And Javascript for the frontend developing of the apps.
