You need to score about 275-300 to get into the top ranks in JEE MAINS.
Moreover , you need to get about 265-295 to get a rank below 1000 in advance that might help you to get into top IIT's.

There is no particular score, but getting CSE into IITs shall require ranks below top 1500 in Jee advanced.
Top IIT ljke Bombay, Delhi, Madras and Kharagpur shall require rop 500 ranks.
