    Hello,

    You have not mentioned regarding which counselling you are query is about. Anyhow the counselling is done by the officials so unless the officials give any dates your counselling cannot be done. If you have not applied for the counselling in the given time and if the time for the counselling is completed then you cannot attend the counselling and should wait for the officials to reopen the application form of the counselling.
