Great that you are interested in a number of domains, however, each of them has a different entry option. Can you answer me, why do you wish to go for CLAT? I guess you are a little confused about what to choose? Let me help you.

CLAT is the Common Law Admission Test for admissions to 5-year integrated law programmes in 19 National Law Universities. The eligibility for appearing in CLAT is Class 12th board pass certificate where the aggregate marks of all subjects should be more than 45% (40% for SC/ST categories). Further, you'll also need to appear in the CLAT and meet the cutoff marks to get admissions.

Mass Media and Communications is a separate domain. There are a number of universities specifically the state universities and private also which offer undergraduate programmes in Mass Communications. Some of them may conduct an admission test or may offer admissions on the basis of 12th board marks.
