There are various materials in market which provide good material:
1Elements of mathematics by Jeevanson Publication
2 .Scanner
3. All in one by Arihant publication
4. CBSE Sample paper
5.R.L Arora
6.R S Aggarwal
From my point of view elements of maths and CBSE Sample paper are best for preparation.
You can go with either online material or offline material.

Hello,
Study material will vary on the basis of board you will join for intermediate. Here are few steps which will help you to excel in mathematics :-
- Take regular maths class. Whatever your teacher is teaching learn them. Practice them at home
- refer the prescribed board mathematics book. solve examples and end chapter excersie. for more question, you can ask your teacher.
- Solve question bank chapter wise. daily meet a specific target.
While covering new chapter , revise old chapters. Solve previous year maths board paper if it is available.
Maths is easy only when you practice.
