No how can it be possible if they are scheduled to be conducted on different dates.
- West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board will conduct WBJEE 2018 in offline mode on April 22, with Paper I in the morning and Paper II in the evening.
- Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct JEE Main 2018 on April 8 in offline mode while the computer based test (CBT) will be conducted on April 15 and 16, 2018.

Yes, You can appear for both of the exams same year.
Exam date for JEE Mains offline exam(Pen & Paper Based Test):- 8th April 2018
Exam date for JEE Mains online exam (Computer Based Test):- 15th & 16th April 2018
Exam date for WBJEE is:- 22nd April 2018
