Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well. See,your question seemed a bit vague as in which college you are talking about. But,if you want to know about admissions into courses like MBBS,BDS or allied sciences,it's done during the All India Counselling and state Counselling . All India Counselling is conducted by Medical Counselling Committee(MCC) and state Counsellings are conducted by the respective designated state authorities.
Once the Counselling dates are announced, you'll have to register on their official website followed by processes like choice filling and locking and reporting to the allotted college and then document verification. After this subsequent rounds will be held .
As of now the dates for All India Counselling have noot been announced and before that you don't have to do any registration in any college before-hand as all processes will be governed by MCC.
For further updates ,you can keep visiting the official website of MCC:

Hope my answer helped and if you have any further queries, mention in the comments.
Hi. Firstly, to apply for any medical college, you will have to register yourself at the MCC site- For ALL INDIA COUNSELLING, which means you want to apply for government medical colleges all over India and not just from your state, AIIMS, BHU or deemed universities through 15% quota. If you want to apply for private or government instituitions from your state, you need to apply for STATE COUNSELLING, which has 85% quota.
This can only be done after the release of NEET score cards, and not directly after 12th. Even to apply for colleges, you need to score above the cut off range which changes year to year and completely depends on the number of students who attempted the paper and the difficulty level of the paper. Hope your doubt is resolved.
