Yes you can. But then you'll have to give the exam again and then repeat the entire process all over again to get a seat in a college. If you are preparing for JEE then time to time your some part of CET will get over .You will get a time to prepare for CET after your JEE exam .Please utilise that time .By scoring well in CET you can get access to good colleges of Maharashtra do well !
