Hello Tanish

Here are your options:

1) Study hard for JEE and take the Engg. Physics course and then go for a Phd

2) If you dont get the the JEE, you have an integrated program in the IISER, then clear GATE to join a PhD

3) Join a BSC, clear JAM and join MSc in the IITs, clear GATE, join Phd

4) Join a BSC then an MSC from somewhere, clear GATE and then join a PHD

5) IISC Bs then Phd

One step at a time please. You have long road ahead. So study hard to clear the JEE and then you can evaluate your options.
