Yes. In India, there are a number of institutes like Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udaan Academy, United India Aviation, National Flying Training Institute etc.
You will need Maths and Physics in 12th, and have to clear the entrance exam before being eligible for these institutes. It's extremely tough, so be prepared for the Long haul.
Normally, courses start at 80 dollars for an hour of training, so it's usually very expensive. You need to clock 250 hours to be eligible for a commerical license, which is roughly around 18 lakhs, excluding other side costs.
