hello aspirant,
there is no bachelor degree course available on web development. however if you are interested in web development , graphical image processing like ares you can join bsc in computer application or 3 year BCA courses. where you will get good exposure of computer, internet and other topics related with software. however if you are graduated you can join many private institute where 6 month to 1 year web development courses are available. one of notable institute is NIIT, CMC academy(tata) etc.
