Hey, to change the institution after your 11th and continuing 12th in another is wholly based on the institution you are studying and planning to study. You will have to ask the school authority if they will allow such shifts because some may allow and some don't. Get in touch with the institution and explain your problem and inquire if such a shift is possible. The final say will be from the institution.
