hi,

see most of the colleges does not allow admission in middle of course, but if the college comes under same university migration may be possible, however right now I suggest you to revise the subjects which exam is left because some of the university are trying to make online exams for students, so if you keep studying , it will have beneficial for you when the exam date will be announced.
