Hello Urmila,

In order to change the subject code in your application for CUET you will need to write an application in which you will need to write why you want to change the subject code and attach documents supporting your reason and then you need to scan that application and mail it to "cuet-pg@nta.ac.in" this email id and you will get a revert by them very soon as they will resolve your issue as soon as possible.
