If you want to change your Date of Birth in the TS POLYCET application form, then you should immediately contact SBTET Telangana/helpdesk because TS POLYCET usually does not provide a separate correction window after final submission.

Keep these documents ready:
• SSC/10th marks memo
• Aadhaar card
• Application number
