Hello Vanshika

First login using the credentials you were provided at the time of registration. Go to the place where your form was submitted. If you see an option saying "edit form" or "edit preferences" then you can click on that and make suitable changes. If you can not the see the button for editing then your form has been finally submitted and can not be edited now.
