HI, As per your concern, you do not have proper education system and you cannot got to some other place to study. But you will have to take a step ahead and decide what you want.
You can work on self preparation mode, collect resources like previous year sample papers, mock tests, online notes, e books etc.
Get in touch with seniors or Ex IIT pass outs, join online groups and ask and discuss your queries in such forums.
Collect standard material and study through them. It is not necessary to have many books, limited but standard is enough.
