To pursue Engineering in Telangana or Andhra Pradesh you must appear for EAMCET. Since you have not appeared for EAMCET you cannot get admission in B.tech but you can get admission under Management quota but the fee will be higher as you have to pay the donation as well as college fee so getting admission under management quota isn't your choice. The only way is to appear for EAMCET if you want to get admission in B.tech with low fee. You might have to appear for EAMCET next year.
