You can say:

"Hello Sir/Madam, I am interested in taking admission in your college for the ______ course. I wanted to know whether admissions are currently open, what the eligibility criteria are, the total fee, and the documents required. Could you please guide me through the admission process?"

Keep your application number, marksheets and other relevant details with you during the call. Also ask about the last date of admission, fee payment deadline, seat availability and document verification before ending the call.
