It is very unclear on our part to interpret your question. Please state where it is that you want admission into like the name of any college or university given that you are a class XII student or it is that you want to take admission in any particular school for completing your class XII.
If it's the latter case then you need to visit the school of your choice in person along with your legal guardians and inquire directly for admission.
