If you have mentioned your category as EWS in your JEE-MAINS application form or corrected that during the correction period then you don't need to worry about that.
However, if you got failed to do so then it's too late now to made any changes and you would be granted admission as a general candidate.
If even after mentioning correct category, you are facing any kind of problem, then you should contact the help desk in order to resolve your problem.
