I completed my 12th exam with 58percent and want to do BA Hons but cant able to crack enterance exam conducted by various University ?

Both universities are more or less equal in terms of educational facilities and opportunities. Rabindranath Tagore University has a more diverse environment and focuses more on all around development of a student. The fee structure for Rabindranath Tagore University for BA+LLb is Rs 25,000/- per annum. The fees for the same in RKDF university is also Rs 25,000/- per annum. Although I suggest you to go for Rabindranath Tagore University as it is more student oriented and offers more exposure.
