If the deadline to update the KEA marks has passed, it is important that you immediately contact the KEA authorities offline or through the helpdesk. As your DigiLocker syncs your old marks, revised scores won't reflect automatically; you will have to manually sync with the help of the KEA authorities. You would also require proof to showcase your revised marks.

You can log on to the official exam portal and look for the view result tab. Here you will have to enter your details such as registered mobile number or the roll number in order to view and download the result.
