IBPS Specialist Officer exam is for students who want job in bank with special skill like IT, law, HR, marketing, agriculture. You must write entrance exam, then go for interview. Below are main steps:
1. You must complete graduation in related field like BTech for IT Officer or LLB for Law Officer
2. Age should be between 20 to 30 years, with SC, ST, OBC age relax
3. First step is Prelims exam, then Mains exam, then Interview
4. Marks of Mains and Interview are used to make final merit list
