Hello Guru for asking this question.I would like to tell you that what are the new changes which made in JEE exam.
firstly from 2019 JEE exam will be conducted by National testing agency(NTA) it is confirmed by mr javedkar G .and now JEE will be conducted twice in a year and one can appear in either in any one of them or in both of them because Final All India rank list will be made by seeing your best score that in which your score is better .only this is new in JEE pattern rather than this syllabus of JEE will be same as earlier.I hope this will help you thanks

JEE Main 2019 will be conducted in computer-based test (CBT) mode, twice a year. However, JEE Main drawing paper-2 will be conducted in offline mode. Apart from the mode of exam, there is no new changes in the exam pattern of JEE Main. Mentioned below is the link for your reference:
