Yes, you can appear in JEE Advanced for admission to IITs, as you can take JEE Advanced for a cosecutive 2 times (2 attempts), however, for that, first you have to appear in JEE Main and then qualify in JEE Main as part of the top 2,24,000 candidates which are eligible for taking JEE Advanced. The eligibility for taking JEE Advanced depends on the year of passing the qualifying exam (12th), your date of birth, qualifying JEE Main and number of attempts.
