You can not do both engineering and psychology as credit courses. If you want you can do psychology as a side course (through nptel or any other mooc but not as your main course through your college subjects). If you like psychology more then study that subject only but if circumstances dont allow you then do engineering and do psychology course as aside course through MOOC (it gives you certificates which you can use).
