I want to know that how could I able to fill forms for radiology

If you want to pursue for radiology after 12th ,Then you must have 10+2 Science stream passed with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subjects from a recognized board” is the minimum qualification set by majority of institutes offering this course.

Admission depends on the institute. It could be merit based admission process or direct admission process. If merit based admission process is followed in an institute, marks scored by a candidate in board exam and/or relevant entrance test will be taken into consideration.

You can also  pursue diploma courses, bachelor's course, master's course and certification courses in the field of radiology .

To become a radiologist you can pursue the diploma course, bachelor's course , Master's course and certification course in field of radiology.

To take admission for B. SC in Radiology process I similar with other courses admission process. The admission will be given on basis of 10 ,12 and entrance exam marks. The eligibility criteria for admission is 10+2 or similar qualification with subjects physics, chemistry, mathematics.
