I want to know that whether Starex University, Gurgaon, Haryana is Authorized/ approved by the AICTE to conduct/offer M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering degree.?

Hi Kushter,
Starex University is established in 2016 by the Haryana Government Act (Amended) of 2006. Starex is a private university which is recognized and monitered by UGC.It has also the recognization of AIO(Association of Universities).The M TECH programs is recognized by AICTE.

Thomas, I have filed an RTI regarding the recognized of M.Tech programs from AICTE. And I got the response from the AICTE (Dr. R.K.Soni Director & Regional Officer- F.No. 201/NWRO/AICTE/RTI/ 2019/ 956/924) that "As per record, Starex University NH/48, Vill- Binola, P.O. Bhorakalan, Gurugram, Haryana 1,22+13 is not approved institute by AICTE. However, there is no information in this regard at NWRO."
I am a bit confused now. Please suggest.
