Hello there,
For knowing the fee structure for the Dubai BITS please check this PDF in which they have given the complete fees structure but in the United Arab Emirates dirhams UED currency:
http://www.bits-dubai.ac.ae/Admission/Downloads/Fee_structure.pdf
You can convert this is easily because one UED is equal to 17.54 Indian rupees.
