NTSE Stage 2 is conducted by NCERT for candidates who already qualified stage I. The result of NTSE 2018 stage 2 is expected soon, precisely, the third week of result. You can visit the official website of NCERT or you can click on NTSE Result 2018 to keep track of the result.
