I want to know whether i can start studies for UPSC.. .BUT i m in 11th Science and the portion of science is quiet vast.

Yes, you can start your preparation you can manage the time for both the exams. You can make your time table according to your comfort. Don't overburden your studies as 11th class is very important.
In order to start your preparation you should be aware of the syllabus and exam pattern of the exam.
Have a look on past year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of the questions to understand the level of the questions.
