i want to know which is better BTech cse or cse with specialization...Pls suggest me your opinion which should I take because i can get any one of them

Hello!
It's totally up to you if you want to do B.Tech in CSE or B.Tech in CSE with specialization. If you're interested in learning beyond the horizon of normal CSE course then you should opt for B.Tech CSE with specialization. Like in B.Tech CSE specialization in Artificial Intelligence, you will taught the syllabus included in normal CSE plus AI. This will be helpful in the longer run as you learning more.
I would suggest you to go for B.Tech CSE with specialization of your liking.
