Leaving a private medical college in the middle of the course is not easy. You cannot simply give NEET again and use a duplicate marksheet to hide your current admission, as this is considered fraud and can lead to cancellation of your new admission or even legal action.
Colleges usually keep your original documents and will not return them or issue a Transfer Certificate until you clear all pending fees. Most private colleges also have a bond, which means you may have to pay a large penalty, sometimes equal to the full course fees.
However, if you pay the penalty and withdraw from the current college by getting an NOC, then you can appear in NEET exam as a dropper.
