Hello Iram,
Please note that if you have filled and submitted the admission form then there's no way to edit it but in case you have not submitted the form then you can by going back to the application form. You can go to the application form section on its official website www.amu.ac.in.
So, yes if you have submitted the form then you need to fill another form for any new changes.

And what about the incorrect form that is submitted.. can we fill the form again nd leave the other submitted one pending..
