This course covers both clinical and administrative skills.
Institutes generally follow merit based or direct admission process for their diploma programs. Colleges and institutes that follow merit based admission process, marks scored by a candidate in board exam or entrance test will be taken into consideration. Some of the institutes conduct their own screening or entrance test followed by interview for admission to their diploma program in X-Ray Technician.
Minimum egilibity for the diploma course is 12th with science that is Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology as their main subjects.
The course fee ranges between 2 and 3 lakhs
Wishing you good luck!
Dear Sunny,
DXRT is a two-year duration paramedical course. Some institutions also provide compulsory internship upon course completion thus making it a 2.3 years’ course.
Admission Process: Most institutions offer direct admission, i.e. students are required to report to the college and admission is granted on merit-basis after considering marks secured in Class 12.
Course Fee: This varies from college-to-college. For example, Hind Institute of Medical Science charges Rs. 1.2 lakhs as tuition fee alone, while it could be much lower at a government-run college.
