I want to pursue from "Chaudary Charan Singh University, Meerut, UP" or "William Carey University". please update whether these universities are genuine or fake.

Venkatesh, Firstly let us discuss about Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut also known as CCS University is a "genuine" university which is UGC Approved and NAAC-B Accredited and is a State University and provides admission to various courses through different colleges affiliated to it.
Moving over to William Carey University, Shillong, it is a State University which is UGC Approved and is also a "genuine" one as it has got an approval from the University Grants Commission.
