I want to read biotechnology what can I do

You can do BTech or BE in biotechnology from IITs , NITs or any other engineering college.

For IITs ,  you need to qualify JEE Advance after qualifying JEE Mains .

For NITs, you only have to qualify JEE Mains .

But not only qualifying exam provide you admission , you must grab good ranks in them too.

Now another option you can do BSc Hons in Biotechnology . Here are some good Institute for that :-
