i want to shift to another college of same university.but my college is not allowing what can i do?

Usually shifting colleges is not allowed as you secure admission on the basis of merit. However, you can try contacting your university admissions department and seek their advice. If they also agree with what your college says, then there is no chance for you to switch. one more option for you is to wait one year, give entrance exam again, and then secure admission in the college you’re looking for.
