Hi, I'm from NIT Raipur. And Civil engineering at my college is well, average in my opinion.
In terms of faculties and curriculum, it's 7/10 at best.
Placements are above average though. All in all, you can make a good deal of yourself if you have the drive and patience.

Taking admission in B.E in civil engineering in different Colleges have different criteria .For nit's and iit's you have to clear jee mains and jee advanced examination .For state government colleges you have to give state entrance examinations and many private colleges takes direct admission or through donation...
