I want to study in abroad so which country is best and their fees also be low in aerospace engineering???

If you want low fees structure then you can take admission in the uiniversities like ISSUE Supero, TU Delft, Politécnico di Milano, Universidad Carlos III Madrid, Cranfield University, Moscow Aviation Institute.
You can also consider your admisson in America as there will be lot of scope in aerospace engineering. Fee structure will be high but you can try to go through scholarship.
You can also consider Europe as you will get the colleges with less fees structure.
