I want to submit declaration form of SC certificate in jee advanced but in brochure there is declaration form of only OBC n general ews is present, wht should I do... please help I'll get my certificate within last week of September...m in big problem

Yes because the new government norm is applicable to only EWS and OBC candidates and not for Sc and ST so if your category certificate is still valid till now then you have no need to apply for new certificate.
