Hello,
If you want to take admission in 12th then you have to clear 11th class examination. Then you can continue your 12th from same school. If you want to change the school it will quite difficult but you can talk to your present school authority. If they are allow you , you can get admission another school. But your board must be remain same because registration was done in 11th class. If you change board in 12th class it's not possible so easily. You can move your school but in same board.
