I want to take admission in b pharma but one issue is came if I submit my TC in the month of November is it possible .

While taking admission, once you to discuss the issue with the admission cell of the college. As, many university in India are quite late and they proceed the enrollment procedures around the end of 1st semester. So, don't worry about it . Just go and discuss regarding your issue.
