If you are already availing the counselling process and not seat have been allocated to you, then you don't have to do anything.
Just don't apply for further rounds but you won't be refunded your counselling fee.
If you have secured the admission in the college, then you can ask the concerned authority about your decision and they will refund the fees you have processed them.
