I want to write Nov 2019 AIIMS exam.I haven't registered yet.It shows basic registration for 2020.pls tell me what to do??

The tag and question indicates that you are asking about registeration for AIIMS MBBS 2019 for which the final date was 12th March, 2019 and the exam was been conducted on May 25 and 26, 2019 in two shifts. The result published on 12th June, 2019 and now, the result for 1st round of counselling was recently uploaded on 29th June. I think you are mistaken as there is no AIIMS MBBS 2019 exam is schedule for November. You can try for the next year though.
