MEXT scholarship can cover all of your tuition for the duration of the scholarship. This is a huge boon for any student, and especially for students who are paying for college themselves, Decide when you want to apply for the MEXT scholarship, like June 2020. For Doctoral Program Students the scholarship is for 148,000 yen/month. It is an academic scholarship offered by the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology.
