I wanted to apply for second attemptfor NATA. How should i apply for 2 nd. Should I select new registration.

Yes, while filling the form for NATA second attempt you have to select new registration and then do complete the further process as usual like filling of application, uploading of images, payment of fees. After that is to print the confirmation page. You have to check the last date for any corrections you need to make in your applications then you just have to download your admit card on the given date.
